Thank you for shopping with Cyrene. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Unopened items must be in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Opened items are eligible for a full refund if you have used the product consistently for 30 days and have seen no visible results. We understand that results vary and we stand behind our product. To request a refund on an opened item, please contact us at support@cyreneskin.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We may ask you to share before and after photographs to help us understand your results, however this is not a mandatory requirement and will not affect the outcome of your request.

We ask that opened item refund requests are made in good faith. Cyrene reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse or where the product has not been used as directed.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cyreneskin.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@cyreneskin.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photographs if the item is damaged or faulty

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cyreneskin.com and we will investigate.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


8. Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy. Items purchased using a promotional discount code are also eligible. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return or refund unless faulty.


9. International Orders

For customers outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred on returned shipments. These costs are non-refundable and will not be deducted from your refund amount.

Return shipping for international orders is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
