We ship Cyrene products worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any significant delays by email.
2. Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum spend required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
3. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping — Free Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
- United States and Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 18 business days
- Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days
Express Shipping — Tracked and Expedited For customers who need their order sooner, we offer a tracked express shipping option at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times for express shipping:
- United Kingdom: 1 to 2 business days
- United States and Canada: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe: 3 to 5 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 8 business days
- Rest of World: 5 to 10 business days
Express shipping costs and availability will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
All express orders include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. A tracking number and link will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped.
Standard shipping may include tracking depending on your region and the carrier used. Where tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@cyreneskin.com. We will do our best to make the correction, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost.
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges. Cyrene is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
7. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Cyrene is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Customs clearance processes
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays in the destination country
- Industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few additional days before contacting us. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the courier and may vary.
8. Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracked order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. Then contact your local delivery depot with your tracking number.
If your order cannot be located, please contact us at support@cyreneskin.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
For standard untracked orders that have not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the product and email them to support@cyreneskin.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
